Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for web, print, and social media in both Arabic and English.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and manage the creative process.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high creativity across all projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for design requirements.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools.
  • Quality checking of the designed assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Create high-impact visual content for web, print, and social media in both Arabic and English.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and guide visual direction across campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and elevate creative quality across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to meet design needs.
  • Review and refine assets for quality, accuracy, and alignment with creative strategy.
  • Mentor junior designers, offering feedback and support to grow team capabilities.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques
  • Strong creative portfolio with a focus on digital and social-first design.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
