Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for digital and print campaigns.
- Work on branding projects, marketing collaterals, social media assets, websites, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and client-servicing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual stories while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into projects.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–10 years of proven experience in a creative/advertising agency in the UAE.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple brands and industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design concepts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
