Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction of design projects from concept to final execution
  • Develop and design visual content for digital and print platforms
  • Ensure brand identity and visual consistency across all materials
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs
  • Review and approve design work to ensure quality and alignment with objectives
  • Mentor and support junior graphic designers
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in branding, digital marketing, and print design
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
