Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction of design projects from concept to final execution
- Develop and design visual content for digital and print platforms
- Ensure brand identity and visual consistency across all materials
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs
- Review and approve design work to ensure quality and alignment with objectives
- Mentor and support junior graphic designers
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, and print design
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
