Senior Graphic Designer

Duties:

• Lead creative strategy and execution for diverse marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery
• Elevate brand presence through innovative design for print, digital, and environmental graphics
• Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling visual stories
• Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and originality
• Stay ahead of design trends and introduce fresh ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of the retail sector
• Mentor and inspire fellow designers by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in graphic design, including proven leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise in retail campaigns, catalogs, and advertising (indoor/outdoor)
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
