Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Funnel Tracking & Reporting: Set up and maintain dynamic performance tracking dashboards (HubSpot or equivalent) to measure funnel across stages from awareness to Sales Qualified Leads.
- ICP & Lead Management: Build and maintain high-quality lead lists that align with our ICP. Ensure all leads in HubSpot are properly enriched, qualified, and categorized with a healthy structure.
- Website Conversion Optimization: Review and optimize forms, landing pages, and overall user experience to increase conversion rates from website engagement to demo bookings.
- Organic Ranking: Oversee SEO, AI search optimization, and marketplace listing strategies to improve visibility and rankings.
- Demand Generation Campaigns: Drive qualified leads and pipeline growth through inbound marketing, ads, in-person events, webinars, outbound campaigns, and partner channels - some of which you ll own end-to-end, while others will be delivered with support from the wider marketing team
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales to ensure leads are properly qualified, handoffs are smooth, and reporting between marketing and sales is aligned.
- Event & Webinar Support: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive registrations, attendance, and SQLs from events and webinars.
- Partnership Channel Development: Build and optimize partner-driven lead generation programs, referral tracking, and co-marketing attribution
- Marketing Operations: Manage marketing tech stack, lead scoring models, and automated nurturing sequences for different lead types and lifecycle stages
- Growth Strategy: Experiment with new demand generation channels and tactics to scale pipeline and revenue impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles within B2B SaaS or tech.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
- Strong experience with marketing funnels, automation, lifecycle stages, MQL to SQL nurturing, and ICP segmentation.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and budget management is a plus
- Strong project management skills for coordinating across multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of B2B content distribution and amplification strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience running cross-channel campaigns (events, inbound, ads, webinars, outbound).
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams on pipeline and revenue targets.
