Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Ensure escalating problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Review the next-generation HC technology transformation to fill gaps between end-to-end HC processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency, and security.
• Ensure the analysis of workflows and design of functionality and/or improvements to systems, ensuring both process and system requirements are fully identified, evaluated, tested, and implemented.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues and work with others (IT, HC partners, vendors) to bring solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities 2

• Monitor the designs and ensure user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
• Ensure building and updating HC Dashboards, gather the required data, and report on information accordingly.
• Maintain adequate administration of HCIS systems across WTCO, ensuring effective maintenance in close coordination with the IT.
• Ensure best practices of high-performing organizations are implemented across the company to ensure high-quality HC operations.
• Build plans and manage data to ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
• Ensure that the projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
• Ensure providing guidance and coaching to internal stakeholders on HC information systems best practices to raise awareness and foster excellence across WTCO.
• Ensure providing solutions that support WTCO HC functions, including strategic direction, implementation, governance, technical consultation, and day-to-day support.
• Provide input for the development of reports regarding operations, activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.
