Roles & Responsibilities

Handling customer requests email/calls.ul>

  • Offline Quotations Hotels, Flights, Transfers, Sightseeing, Car rental, Trains, Cruises, etc.
  • Tailor Made Packages
  • Amendment requests
  • Cancellations & waiver requests
  • Relocations
  • Special requests
  • MICE bookings
  • Making on behalf online bookings, amendments, cancellations, waivers, etc.
  • Report offline confirmed services on the system.
  • Reconciling online bookings/Reviewer of errors
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to customers and suppliers.
  • Selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destinations, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
  • Providing relevant information, brochures and publications.
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
  • Enhance customer knowledge about the destinations.
  • Professional writing for reports, letters, emails, and other communications in English and Arabic.
  • Work is usually 5 days a week (shift-based), but urgent matters may need to be handled 24/7 in exceptional circumstances.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Travel agency experience ( B2B ) 3 years+.

  • 2 years+ Call Center Experience,
  • Strong knowledge about the main attraction places in the countries
  • Ability to meet the targets and the deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented approach, Clean and professional appearance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation skills, strong sales skills and Cool tempered.
  • B1 / B1+ English profile.
  • Email Writing 30 WPM / 95% accuracy
  • Excellent use of computer system / excel knowledge is preferred
