Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Managing Directors, Business Directors, and senior leadership teams on all people-related matters
  • Shape and drive the HR agenda in alignment with business strategy, growth plans, and market expansion
  • Influence leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and commercial understanding
  • Lead workforce planning, org design, and restructuring initiatives across media functions
  • Identify capability gaps and build talent strategies to support business objectives
  • Drive succession planning for critical roles and leadership pipelines
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define and execute hiring strategies for complex and senior roles
  • Lead talent mapping initiatives across key markets
  • Oversee leadership development, career progression frameworks, and high-potential programs
  • Support new business wins, account launches, and expansion into new markets
  • Lead HR workstreams in scaling operations, building new teams, and optimizing cost structures
  • Develop and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies, and processes suited for agency growth
  • Own and drive performance management cycles, including calibration and talent reviews
  • Coach senior managers and leaders on performance, leadership effectiveness, and team development
  • Drive a high-performance, accountability-driven culture aligned with agency values
  • Lead complex employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, restructuring, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with local and regional labor laws across multiple markets
  • Provide risk mitigation strategies and ensure best practices in HR governance
  • Oversee compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and benefits alignment for media roles
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact of HR initiatives
  • Support audits and ensure accuracy of HR documentation and processes
