Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement actionable improvements.
  • Oversee performance management processes, coaching managers on effective evaluation techniques and facilitating constructive feedback sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid background in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to HR best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably in tech or manufacturing, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking.
