Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive a positive culture
Recruiting: job postings, resume screening, interviews, hiring
Induction - orientation
Employee evaluations, Employee database
Prepare reports on HR metrics related to hiring, turnover, performance, and employee engagement
CNSS forms
Attendance tracking
Employment contracts
All HR related admin work
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
Our offices are located at Galaxy Center, Gallerie Semaan, Beirut.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree
5+ years experience in HR role
3+ years technical recruiting experience
