Roles & Responsibilities
Description:
Qasioon Group is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior HR Officer to join its team at Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling core HR operations, supporting employee well-being, and contributing to the development and execution of effective HR policies and practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring healthy and positive employee relations
Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with management to address performance gaps and implement improvement plans
Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UAE labor regulations
Coordinate with the accounting team by providing accurate attendance records and timesheets for payroll, leave salary, and end-of-service settlements
Manage group medical insurance policies and workmen s compensation insurance requirements
Ensure HR operations comply with UAE labor laws and internal company guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
At least 5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer position within the UAE
Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
