Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
 - Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
 - Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
 - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
 - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
 - Oversee and improve performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
 - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
 - Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
 - Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and succession planning opportunities.
 - Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
