Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
