Senior HRIS Specialist

This role is responsible for gathering data, improving the performance of various HRIS throughout an organization, and making recommendations to improve performance metrics across departments. maintaining the organization's HRIS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, troubleshooting and resolving HRIS issues and errors and providing technical support and training to HRIS users.

• Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, regular audits, and system updates.
• Analyse HR processes and workflows to identify areas for system enhancement and increased efficiency.
• Lead in HRIS projects including system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations with other HR functions.
• Act as a focal point between HR and IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolution of system issues.
• Develop and deliver HRIS related training to HR staff and end-users.
• Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports for in-out stakeholders and dashboards for senior management to facilitate and assist in decision-making.
• Test, troubleshoot and resolve HRIS related issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies, supporting audits and risk management activities.
• Implement and contribute to design of disaster recovery and contingency plans to protect HR data.
• Deliver analysis of HR data, identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
• Stay current with industry trends, system upgrades, and best practices in HR technology.
