Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor health & safety policies across project sites
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and Trakhees authority requirements
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Promote a strong safety culture across the organization
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil / Safety / Mechanical)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise construction projects
Proven experience in the UAE construction industry
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety compliance
Hands-on experience in dealing with Trakhees approvals and authority requirements
Valid SARS Card (Trakhees) is mandatory ✅
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
