Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Implement and Maintain company HSE policy, procedures and the project HSE plan.
  • Conduct HSE awareness sessions to workforce under his area in daily basis.
  • Ensure that the works under his area conducting regarding the STARRT Card.
  • Ensures that all PTW required works conducting regarding Company PTW procedures
  • Ensure that all HSE RA control measures are performed in a proper way
  • Inspect the area under his authority regularly in daily basis to ensure that all works conducted in a safe way
  • Reporting any incidents that happens in his area such as: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-misses or Accidents
  • Has a right to stop unsafe works or nonconformity works against project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards
  • Supervise and lead the subcontractors HSE officer

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) preferred
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, environmental laws, and international safety standards
  • Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in communication with SCZone and Civil Defense authorities
  • Fluency in English (MUST)
