Senior HSE Technician

Main tasks:

• Apply the safety policy (workplace safety, working conditions, environmental protection), implement it and monitor it according to Hygiene, Safety and Environment standards and regulations.

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s)

• Interpret the plan, the steps and the actions related to hygiene, safety, and the environment.
• Apply and develop hygiene, safety and environmental standards, procedures and instructions and monitor their compliance with application.
• Raising awareness and training in hygiene, safety and environmental practices and risk prevention.
• Monitor and control regulatory, functional or implementation compliance of products, processes, installations and equipment.
• Identify and analyze malfunctions and non-conformities, diagnose the causes and define corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze hygiene, safety, and environmental data and determine trends and improvements.
• Assist the security facilitators.
• Provide first aid.
• Assist the occupational physician or nurse in case of an accident.
• Conduct awareness sessions for project staff.

• Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the workshop.
• Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
• Participate in the identification of Dangers/Risks related to project activities.
• Participate in the development of action plans to eliminate or reduce occupational risks and significant environmental aspects and monitor their implementation.
• Participate in the development of the Emergency Evacuation Plan and the Site Traffic Plan.
• Contribute to the organization and delivery of awareness and information sessions on workplace safety.
• Ensure the provision and wearing of appropriate personal and collective protective equipment (PPE and PPE).
