Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform complex installations and retrofits of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing training on best practices and advanced techniques in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and implement scheduled maintenance programs to prolong system lifespan and enhance energy efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Certifications such as EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent are essential for compliance and credibility.
  • Proven experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems, including knowledge of both ducted and ductless setups.
