Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients. • Fixing and scheduling appointments with prospective applicants. • Conducting client meetings to understand immigration needs and provide tailored solutions. • Presenting company services effectively to build trust and credibility. • Guiding clients through the immigration process and documentation requirements. • Negotiating and closing client deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written). • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with proven client-closing experience. • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. • Good presentation and persuasion skills during meetings. • Target-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational skills. • Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls and appointment scheduling. • Problem-solving attitude with a client-centric approach. • Knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and regulations (preferred). • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools for managing client data.
