Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Indoor Sales to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. The Senior Sales will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the shop meets its financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day shop operations
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures

2.Sales & Performance

  • Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Upsell and promote products effectively

Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Build strong customer relationships

4.Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
  • Conduct regular stock counts
  • Minimize shrinkage and losses

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 3 5 years of retail experience, including supervisory role
