Key Responsibilities
* Manage PLC systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and industrial power circuits
* Troubleshoot and repair PLC-based systems, industrial wiring, motors, and drives
* Maintain electrical and control systems in accordance with plant standards
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and operational regulations
* Monitor and assist in operating plant equipment when required
* Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues promptly
* Support smooth plant operations by resolving electrical faults efficiently
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 10 years of industrial electrical experience
* Strong expertise in PLC, motor control, drives, and electrical troubleshooting
* Experience working in cement plants or heavy industrial environments is an advantage
* Solid understanding of safety standards, lockout procedures, and electrical regulations
* Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Physically fit and capable of working in industrial plant conditions
* Effective communication skills for coordination with plant teams
