Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct time studies, motion studies, and productivity analysis.
Optimize manpower utilization, production layout, and material flow.
Support production planning and capacity analysis activities.
Prepare SOPs, workflow charts, and process documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams.
Monitor KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, downtime, and operational performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
Support automation and industrialization projects within manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures.
Participate in factory improvement and expansion projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
Experience in modular construction, steel manufacturing, prefab, or industrial production environments preferred.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and industrial engineering tools.
Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing systems
