Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and document user requirements, analyse business processes, create prototypes to confirm requirements, customize, code, test, and deploy .NET applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
-
University degree in computer science with four years of relevant experience, or
-
School diploma with six years of relevant experience
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
- Experience in .NET software development (particularly on C#, ASP.NET) with SQL Databases and a minimum of two years of experience in developing web-based database applications and thin-client Web-based applications.

Experience working with specialized international agencies (UN Agencies, International Organisations, and International NGOs) and in complex operations, including conflict and post-conflict situations preferred.

Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power FX, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Administration or Data Visualization tools are a distinct advantage.

Certification in Dynamics 365 is a distinct advantage
Skills
-
Knowledge on software development, particularly the use of C# and .Net Framework

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher, SQL Reports Server, and experience in using SSMS.
Languages
For this position all applicants, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
