Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the enhancement and optimization of Oracle and Zoho systems across departments

Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and manage their execution

Oversee the implementation and integration of third-party software into Naqla s core ERP ecosystem

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality system performance

Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation

Ensure system changes are well-documented, tested, and compliant with internal standards

Provide support and training for internal teams on new features and processes

Maintain clear communication with leadership on system roadmaps, priorities, and challenges
