Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all technical, administrative, and financial aspects of major infrastructure programs
- Provide strategic direction to align project outcomes with client objectives and Parsons organizational goals
- Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee scope negotiations and ensure work aligns with approved project frameworks
- Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services
- Establish project requirements including budgets, milestones, and overall delivery parameters
- Build and mobilize high-performing multidisciplinary project teams
- Oversee development and implementation of Health and Safety Plans, QA/QC Plans, and Work Execution Plans
- Track project progress, budgets, schedules, and report key updates to management and stakeholders
- Identify risks, delays, and cost impacts and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, industry regulations, and company procedures
- Delegate responsibilities and optimize utilization of technical and managerial talent
- Provide mentorship to project managers and team members, including performance guidance
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented project culture
- Participate in regulatory discussions and represent client interests in public or authority meetings
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental compliance, and safety protocols

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision and project management
- Strong background in bridges, interchanges, highways, and large-scale civil works
- Proven track record managing major multi-million-dollar programs from initiation to completion
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, and engineering best practices
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations, permitting procedures, and environmental standards
- Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
