Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet established revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends.
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and electronic communication.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and manage sales activities.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to continually enhance your selling skills.
  • Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
