Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients through cold calling to generate leads and set appointments, ensuring a persuasive and friendly approach.
  • Deliver clear product demonstrations over the phone, tailoring the pitch to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM, ensuring data integrity for future follow-ups.
  • Handle objections and queries from clients with tact and professionalism, converting challenges into opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business or communications is preferred for a competitive edge.

  • 1-2 years of relevant telemarketing or sales experience, showcasing a proven track record in achieving targets.

  • Certifications in sales techniques or customer service can enhance credibility and effectiveness in the role.

  • Experience in the specific industry related to the product or service being marketed is highly desirable.

  • Multilingual proficiency is required – ability to fluently communicate in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, English is essential.
