Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience in installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of field instruments, control panels, transmitters, analyzers, and other instrumentation equipment.

Skilled in material take-off, reviewing instrumentation drawings (P&IDs, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, etc.), identifying discrepancies, and providing practical engineering solutions.

Strong ability in site coordination, client interaction, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

  • Plan, supervise, and execute instrumentation and control system installation works in line with project specifications and timelines.

Review and verify instrumentation drawings and documents, identify discrepancies, and provide effective technical recommendations.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor and inspect instrumentation works to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.

Liaise with client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors for inspections, approvals, and clarifications.

Prepare and verify material take-offs, inspection reports, and work progress documentation.

Ensure proper calibration and testing of field instruments before commissioning.

Support QA/QC and HSE teams by maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
