Key Responsibilities:

Supports adherence to accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.

Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.

Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.

Supports checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings.

Deliver Instrumentation & Control discipline specific design and drafting services that meet Worley, the client’s and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

Apply recognised offshore / onshore engineering practices applicable to Instrumentation & Control design engineering.

Perform discipline specific design and drafting services such as:

ensure the project scope is clear and that changes to scope comply with project change management processes;

if required, participate in studies and analyses and recommend actions;

prepare engineering drawings and documentation;

ensure all drawings and documents are checked in accordance with Worley checking procedures; and participate in project reviews as required.

Quality Assurance:

Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.

Safety:

Responsible for personal safety and working within the Occupational Health & Safety procedures.

Competent in implementing HSE in the design process, focuses on process safety and strives to use best practice.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: 

Diploma, Advance Diploma of Engineering Technology in Instrumentation & Control discipline

Industry Specific Experience:

Vast number of years experience in Design and engineering of Instrumentation & Control equipments

Must have experience in Offshore & Onshore projects, AutoCAD, Detailed Design, As-builts
