Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes
- Develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care
- Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies
- Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations
- Provide integration oversight for engagements and provide support to project team members so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed
- Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams
- Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability
Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
May act as the team lead on projects.
Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.
Participates in business development activities.
Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the projects.
Mitigate solution risks and issues.
Lead client meetings and events.
Drive internal team initiatives.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
span> strong>Basic Qualifications:/strong> /span> /p>
- span>Bachelor's degree or master s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience./span> /li>
- span>Good understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory and/or INA/span> /li>
- span>Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with strong knowledge of the Oracle Health Clinical and their workflows/span> /li>
- span>Successfully worked as a consultant providing domain and/or project management oversite/span> /li>
- span>Have healthcare industry expertise/span> /li>
- span>Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to determine process, methodology and driving continuous process improvement/span> /li>
- span>Understand sensitivity in safeguarding corporate and client assets /span> /li>
- span>Should be comfortable with ambiguity/span> /li>
- span>Provide domain expertise, project management and client relationship management/span> /li>
span> strong>Preferred Qualifications:/strong> /span> /p>
- p>Must have 3+ years Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience, offering HCIT support, project management, client relationship management or HCIT solutions/p> /li>
- p>Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills/p> /li>
- p>Should hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred)/p> /li>
- p>Should have a strong understanding of Cerner Millennium (highly preferred)/p> /li>
