What You ll Do

* Lead the design and execution of luxury interiors for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
* Oversee the development of layouts, finishes, and furnishings aligned with high-end client expectations
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design with overall project requirements
* Conduct quality control reviews to ensure all materials, finishes, and craftsmanship meet luxury standards
* Present design concepts, mood boards, and progress updates to clients while incorporating their feedback
* Manage budgets and schedules for interior design phases, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
* Direct the procurement of premium materials, furniture, and finishes from international suppliers
* Introduce sustainable and innovative practices while maintaining luxury aesthetics
* Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams across multiple global projects

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
* Minimum 18 years experience in interior design, with at least 10 years focused on luxury projects
* Proven record managing high-profile residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors internationally
* Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and visualization software
* Strong knowledge of bespoke furnishings, luxury materials, and global sourcing practices
* Familiarity with international building codes and sustainable design standards
* Professional certification (NCIDQ, ASID, or equivalent) preferred
* Experience in PMC or consultancy environments with multinational clients
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple large-scale luxury projects while maintaining design integrity
