Job Overview:

We are introducing a new role within our design department for a Senior Interior Designer to

lead and strengthen our Design Force. This is a strategic position aimed at enhancing our design

execution capabilities and mentoring the design team. The ideal candidate will bring 7 8 years

of experience in interior design, with end-to-end project involvement from shop drawings to

on-site execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development process from concept through to execution.

Prepare and oversee detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings using AutoCAD and other

relevant software.

Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure design

intent is translated effectively on-site.

Conduct and supervise site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design

specifications, and resolve design-related issues.

Provide expert input in furniture selection, detailing, and layout, ensuring both

aesthetic and functional quality.

Guide and mentor junior designers, offering training and feedback to enhance their

skills and output quality.


Review and approve drawings, materials, and finishes before submission or

implementation.

Ensure that all deliverables meet company standards and project deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience in high-end residential or commercial projects is an advantage.

Familiarity with other design tools (SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
