Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complete interior design cycles (Concept Schematic Detailed Design Tender).
  • Create concept presentations, mood boards, layouts, and FF&E selections for luxury hospitality assets.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, QS teams, contractors, and global hotel operators.
  • Ensure full compliance with 5 brand standards and operator-approved design guidelines.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, materials, finishes, and mock-ups.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections to maintain alignment with design intent.
  • Prepare BOQs, specifications, and complete tender packages.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and design consultants

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 12 years of experience in interior design.

  • A Foreign Nationality is most welcome
  • A strong portfolio covering luxury hotels, resorts, or branded residences.
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to independently lead large-scale hospitality design cycles.
  • Experience with major international hotel brands (e.g., Hilton, Marriott, Accor) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
  • Full-time role based in Cairo.
