Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead creative concepts and develop high‑quality design solutions across branding, digital, print, and marketing materials.

  • Oversee end‑to‑end design execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and project requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, content, production, and management to translate ideas into strong visual outputs.

  • Review, guide, and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring consistent quality across the team.

  • Develop mood boards, design directions, and visual strategies for campaigns, presentations, and client proposals.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high design standards.

  • Create and refine layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for both digital and print platforms.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and maintain updated brand guidelines.

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into the workflow.

  • Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, production teams) to ensure accurate execution of design outputs.

  • Present design concepts to management or clients and incorporate feedback effectively.

  • Maintain organized project files, ensuring proper documentation and version control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate preferred, with a strong professional presence and excellent communication skills.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in creative design, branding, or related fields, with a proven portfolio of high‑quality work.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages will be considered an added advantage.

  • Smart, confident, and highly presentable, with the ability to represent the company professionally in meetings and client interactions.

  • Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and deliver work within deadlines.
