Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of interior design projects from initial concept to final handover
Prepare and review mood boards, conceptual layouts, detailed drawings, and material selections
Coordinate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback throughout the project
Supervise junior designers and draftsmen, providing design direction and ensuring quality output
Collaborate with the project, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth implementation of design
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is being followed and provide solutions to site-related design issues
Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D visuals, for client approvals
Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Arch or BSC (Interior Designing)
7-10 Years Experience in Interior/ Fitout Industry
