Role: Senior interior designer, you will oversee all aspects of our interior finishing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and designers, bringing your expertise to every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring creative vision aligns with client needs and budgetary constraints.
- Develop detailed design presentations and mood boards that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements within the structural framework.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, gather measurements, and evaluate design feasibility, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the overall aesthetic while adhering to sustainability practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and resources to deliver outstanding results on time.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Prepare and oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency throughout the design process.
- Utilize advanced design software and tools to create 3D renderings and visualizations that bring concepts to life.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices to continuously elevate project outcomes.
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- 3D Modeling & Visualization: Use software like SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max to create realistic 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
- Civil Finishes: Oversee the installation of flooring, tiles, drywall, and other finishes.
- Furniture & Lighting: Collaborate with designers to select and install furniture, fixtures, and lighting.
- Painting & Decoration: Manage painting, wallpapering, and decorative finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate teams of carpenters, painters, tilers, and other tradespeople.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing projects, address issues, and ensure progress aligns with plans.
- Quotations & Recommendations: Prepare and present detailed quotations, provide expert recommendations, and guide clients on material selection, design options, and cost-effective solutions.
- Guidance & Support: Offer professional guidance to clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Building: Build and lead a diverse, experienced team of professionals to meet clients' expectations and needs. This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Brand Building: Establish a strong presence on social media platforms (e.g., *Instagram, **Snapchat, and **TikTok*) to showcase our services, completed projects, and delivery results. Create engaging content, including before-and-after photos, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, and interactive stories, to attract more customers and build a well-known brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in interior finishing or construction project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software's (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil finishes, furniture, lighting, tile fixing, painting, and decoration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Certifications: PMP, OSHA, or LEED certifications are a plus.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) and creating content to promote services and projects is a strong advantage.

This position is based in the Sultanate of Oman, Nizwa, a vibrant and growing market with exciting opportunities in the construction and interior design industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution, with advanced degrees preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design, showcasing a robust portfolio of diverse projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for effective project execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas clearly to clients and teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
