Job description

Job Title: Senior Interior Designer & 3D Rendering Expert (Luxury Interiors/Exteriors)

About the Role:

Ohana Development is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer & 3D Rendering Expert with strong expertise in both design and photorealistic visualization. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering luxury interior and exterior designs for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and present creative interior and exterior design concepts.

Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings using tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.

Prepare detailed layouts, material boards, and mood boards.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is met.

Manage multiple projects from concept to final presentation.

Requirements:


Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design and 3D rendering.

Proven portfolio of luxury interior and exterior projects.

Strong skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Location: Downtown Beirut On-site position.
