Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership:
Lead the design team in developing innovative and captivating concepts for high-end residential projects.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Client Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create tailored design solutions.
Conduct client presentations with a focus on articulating design concepts, material selections, and spatial layouts.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are executed with precision and adhere to established timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to coordinate the seamless implementation of design concepts.
Residential Expertise:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of residential design trends, materials, and furnishings.
Utilize your expertise to curate a selection of high-quality and bespoke elements that elevate each project.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to infuse cutting-edge design concepts into projects.
Implement sustainable and eco-friendly design practices where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Proven 5+ years track record of high end residential interior design projects from concept to delivery.

Strong in technical drawings, detailing, review & other technical aspects when it comes to design.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.

Exceptional communication in English and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Always able to meet deadlines and budgets.

Strong in FF&E and interior architecture.
