We are looking for a Senior Internal Audit professional to join one of the region s largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for executing risk-based audit engagements that assess the effectiveness of internal controls, governance and compliance across the Group s operations.
Working under the guidance of the Internal Audit management, the role contributes to the delivery of assurance and advisory services by performing audit fieldwork, analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits across various business units to evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the approved audit plan.

• Perform detailed testing and data analysis to identify weaknesses, control gaps, and areas for operational improvement.

• Document audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately, supporting evidence-based conclusions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes, proposing practical recommendations for enhancement.

• Prepare and communicate clear, professional audit reports to stakeholders, and follow up to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

• Professional certifications, including CPA/CA/ACCA

• 4 years experience in internal or external audit.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
