Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct comprehensive audits across multiple departments (Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, etc.), ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate the financial, operational, and internal control performance of various departments, identifying potential risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Analyze procurement transactions, vendor contracts, and inventory management to assess cost effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls within different departments, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Conduct audits on financial records, ensuring that they are accurately maintained and aligned with accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to identify areas for cost optimization and improve overall financial performance.
  • Provide detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee digital tracking systems for audit and inventory control, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, or internal audits, with a proven track record in the UAE.
  • Must have experience in Big 4 Companies and knowledge handling in government project. FMCG industry experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration
