Job Title: Senior Issuance Analyst

Position Type: Employment Contract

Job Purpose: Lead the analysis and evaluation of company formation and financial issuance requests and develop issuance strategies that enhance regulatory compliance and support the strategic objectives of the Authority.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse applications for the establishment of public joint-stock companies and investment funds, ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and prepare detailed reports including analytical observations and recommended actions.
• Study and review the legal and technical details of issuance prospectuses for various financial instruments, verify their compliance with applicable regulations, and prepare analytical reports highlighting potential risks and suggested amendments to enhance compliance.
• Prepare recommendations based on comprehensive analysis of issuance requests and submit reports to the direct supervisor including conclusions on the feasibility and legal compliance of the issuances.
• Analyse issued financial instruments to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements, identify associated legal and financial risks, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide specialized technical and legal advice on the structuring of financial instruments and issuance markets, supporting the direct supervisor with technical opinions that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Monitor the procedures for the extension and redemption of bonds and sukuk to ensure compliance with regulations, and address issues that may arise during the lifecycle of financial instruments.
• Supervise the updating of the database related to issuances and analyse statistics and data to support the preparation of strategic and planning reports.
• Contribute to the development of issuance strategies aligned with the Authority's objectives and propose policies to improve procedures and enhance the issuance market.
• Supervise the preparation of comprehensive reports on the status of issuances, providing recommendations for improvement, and supply management with the necessary statistics and analyses to support decision-making.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned within the scope of the role to support the Authority's objectives and priorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in the field of financial issuances.
