Senior IT Governance Officer INTALEQ

To perform the leadership, facilitation, and application of Governance, Change, Risk, Value and Compliance principles to IT management for supply and demand side through an IT Strategy framework.

IT Governance Assurance, Strategy, and Operation

• Develop IT assurance and continuous improvement initiatives on moderate/high complexity and cross-organizational scope.

• Strategize and plan, design, build and control IT governance framework in strategic alignment, value delivery, resource management, risk management and performance measurement.

• Lead continuous improvement across IT processes for both demand and supply-side achieving standard accreditation.

• Develop policy management lifecycle.

• Consult, influences IT strategies or direction and strategic objectives within IT leadership and management levels.

IT Risk Management

• Implement risk management processes

• Design, implement, maintain and monitor an IT risk management plan and an IT risk register

• Perform situation analysis and recommendations for problem solving

IT Change Enablement

• Implement transformational IT change on moderate/high complexity and cross-organizational scope.

• Develop strategies to combat change resistance in strategize and plan, design, build and enforce the communication, collaboration and confidence.

Compliance and Control

• Design and direct governance activities to ensure compliance with application and enterprise architecture Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor

Qualification-

• 5-7 years of IT work experience in multiple IT areas. 3-6 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.

• Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of IT governance, risk, compliance and control.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.

• Certified Enterprise Governance or IS Auditing by an international established, approved consortium.

Required Skillset:

• Subject matter expert in Enterprise IT Governance.
