Senior IT Manager Findr

We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Manager to lead the strategic direction, innovation, and operational excellence of our IT function. This role will drive the modernization of infrastructure, digital workflows, data analytics, and enterprise systems (especially SAP), ensuring IT is a value-adding business partner across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, focusing on operational efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Integrate IT into strategic planning cycles to transform technology into a competitive advantage.

People Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and upskill a collaborative IT team that is customer-oriented, agile, and accountable.
• Implement career paths, mentorship, and succession planning to strengthen IT capabilities.

Enterprise Systems (SAP & Digital Tools)

• Oversee SAP ECC (FICO, SD, MM, PP) performance and integrations.
• Support transition toward intelligent automation (IBM CP4BA or equivalent) and digital workflows.
• Govern SAP TMS, configuration change controls, and release cycles.

Business Intelligence & Data Enablement

• Partner with business and finance to deliver actionable dashboards, KPIs, and predictive insights (Power BI, SAP BI, or equivalent).
• Enable self-service reporting with robust data security and performance.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies (access control, endpoint protection, DR, incident response).
• Prepare for IT audits and enforce frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee IT support services, networks, servers (on-prem & cloud), backups, and endpoint lifecycle.
• Manage ITSM processes, SLAs, and user satisfaction.

Project Management & Transformation Delivery

• Plan and execute strategic IT projects across departments.
• Manage external vendors/consultants to ensure delivery on scope, cost, and quality.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Define vendor strategy, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs.
• Lead IT budgeting with a focus on cost optimization and scalable investments.

Change Management & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a partner to senior leadership, driving adoption of technology.
• Communicate IT priorities, risks, and success metrics transparently.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
