Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
IT Manager will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of the company s technology initiatives. This executive role is responsible for ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure support the company s operational and business goals, particularly in shared services, including operations and maintenance, total facility management, and waste management. The IT Manager will drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics and emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Align IT with business goals.
- Manage networks, hardware, and software.
- Protect data and ensure compliance.
- Supervise IT staff and vendors.
- Oversee helpdesk and resolve tech issues.
- Control IT spending and recommend tech upgrades.
- Using AI tools for automated monitoring and performance optimisation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as IT Manager or in a senior IT leadership role;
- Min 10 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and management/stakeholders consultancy.
- Experience leading a team of up to 6 people.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments is a strong plus.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
