Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration:
User management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, policy enforcement, and security compliance.
IT Security & Endpoint Protection:
Experience with Kaspersky Security Center, endpoint deployment, patching, policy configuration, and threat management.
Network & Firewall Management:
Proficiency with FortiGate Firewalls, including VPN configuration, security policies, NAT, SD-WAN, logging, and monitoring.
Telecommunication Systems:
Knowledge of Avaya IP Telephony solutions, system configuration, backup/restore procedures, and troubleshooting.
Virtualization Technologies:
Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, virtual machine management, resource allocation, snapshot handling, and backup integration.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Experience with enterprise backup solutions, data protection planning, and recovery execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Language: Reasonable English proficiency is mandated.
Excellent communication skills.

Able to cope with stress and change.
Teamwork and co-operation: the willingness to work co-operatively and supportively with your colleagues.
