Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design to detailed documentation and site supervision.
Deliver creative, sustainable, and site-responsive landscape solutions.
Prepare landscape plans, hardscape and softscape designs, planting schemes, irrigation layouts, and construction details.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental consultants.
Manage client communications, presentations, and approvals with a clear focus on quality and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees), and industry best practices.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction works to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in landscape architecture, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of project types and design scales.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and other industry-standard software.
Excellent knowledge of plant materials, regional climate considerations, and sustainable landscape practices.
Strong project management and client coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional certification or membership (e.g., ASLA, CMLI) is a plus.
