Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Determine the design goals and requirements.
Materials selection.
Creating mood board that includes design and material selection.
find and manage vendors and request pricing from suppliers.
Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
Liaise with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
Reviews landscape designs with the consultants.
Prepares conceptual sketches and designs.
Coordination of landscaping works with associated engineering systems including MEP.
Prepares landscape design and construction documents.
Inspects landscape works to ensure that it adheres to original plans.
Bachelor degree in landscape Architecture or any related field.
minimum 5-7 years of Experience in Urban and landscape design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Proficiency in Photoshop.
Proficiency in 3D Max.
Good experience in major and at least medium projects, especially high-end residential projects
To be fully familiar with all types of soft and hard scape in terms of technical, structure and beauty.
Desired Candidate Profile
