Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business in the Direct Corporate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring service quality to achieve growth and profitability.
- Manage the renewal portfolio by tracking cycles, engaging clients, and implementing retention strategies to maintain persistent targets.
- Develop and monitor operational processes and service standards, ensuring compliance and taking corrective actions to maintain service excellence and regulatory adherence.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze customer approaches, and identify opportunities to enhance market positioning and growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop Direct Corporate employees through coaching and professional development to strengthen team capabilities.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, align with MIS, and implement corrective actions to improve business performance.
- Maintain and expand a network of contacts, engaging stakeholders to understand requirements and drive business success and client retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of experience in account management or corporate sales, preferably within the insurance industry
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Management, General Surgery, or Internal Medicine or a related field
- Postgraduate studies, such as LUMA certification, are an advantage.
