Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Managing key client relationships and ensuring their continuous satisfaction.

  • Design technical proposals for the key clients making sure they meet their needs.

  • Review and edit existing learning material and ensure it meets the current needs.

  • Assign and Delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities to the L&D coordinators.

  • Coach, monitor, and evaluate the L&D coordinators.

  • Develop reporting and evaluation templates for the assessment of training facilitators and training programs.
  • Contribute to managing and tracking program plans and budgets and make sure it s aligned with the agreed-on goals and available resources.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

5+ years of working experience.

Strong communication skills.

Good presentation skills.

Time management.

Highly detail-orientated

Leadership skills.

Proficiency in English both written & verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Any additional qualification would be an asset (Any courses related to the job).

Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate learning objectives and assessments.
