Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
An Admin Legal Assistant supports the legal department or law office by handling administrative tasks + basic legal work, helping lawyers stay organized and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Tasks
- Prepare, review, and format legal documents, contracts, and reports
- Maintain and organize case files and legal records (digital & paper)
- Assist lawyers with case preparation and legal research
- Track court dates, deadlines, and legal procedures
- Communicate with clients, courts, and government offices
Administrative Tasks
- Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Organize filing systems and ensure document accuracy
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle office supplies and general office operations
Coordination & Support
- Act as a link between legal team and other departments
- Follow up on tasks, invoices, and internal requests
- Ensure smooth workflow inside the legal/admin department
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Law or Business Administration)
- 3-5 years experience (entry to junior level common in Alexandria)
- Good English & Arabic (written + spoken)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
