Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

An Admin Legal Assistant supports the legal department or law office by handling administrative tasks + basic legal work, helping lawyers stay organized and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Tasks

  • Prepare, review, and format legal documents, contracts, and reports
  • Maintain and organize case files and legal records (digital & paper)
  • Assist lawyers with case preparation and legal research
  • Track court dates, deadlines, and legal procedures
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and government offices

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Organize filing systems and ensure document accuracy
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Handle office supplies and general office operations

Coordination & Support

  • Act as a link between legal team and other departments
  • Follow up on tasks, invoices, and internal requests
  • Ensure smooth workflow inside the legal/admin department

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Law or Business Administration)
  • 3-5 years experience (entry to junior level common in Alexandria)
  • Good English & Arabic (written + spoken)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
