Senior Legal Associate

As a Senior Legal Associate at Halcon, you will support the Senior Legal Advisor in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risk across the organization. You will play a key role in legal research, drafting, contract review, investigation, and record-keeping while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support Halcon s operational and strategic objectives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in UAE law and corporate legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analyze laws, precedents, and regulatory updates to provide timely, accurate legal advice
• Draft, review, and perform due diligence on contracts, business agreements, and legal documentation to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements
• Assist in investigating case facts and preparing case files and legal opinions for both internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare legal pleadings, memoranda, notices, correspondence, and client communications
• Organize and maintain legal records, registers, statutory books, and law libraries in a structured database
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve legal queries and provide general legal guidance
• Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and information in accordance with company policy
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes that may impact Halcon s business operations
• Coordinate client appointments, meeting schedules, and follow-ups in support of legal operations
  
  

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Law or a related field
• 3 5 years of experience in a law firm or legal department of a multinational organization
• Strong drafting skills for contracts and legal opinions
• Proficiency in legal research and document analysis
• Knowledge of UAE laws and international legal practices
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Master s degree in Law
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or technology-related industries
